Facing quiet Benedict Fountain Park in the Clement Historic District of Downtown Denver are two side-by-side National Register Victorians (1879/1886). They are within easy walking distance of the State Capitol, US Mint, 16th Street Pedestrian Mall, Convention Center, business center, Larimer Square, many shops, restaurants and museums. Because of the inn's downtown location, and the quiet friendly atmosphere, businessmen and businesswomen comprise half the inn's guests each year.

There is free parking and no tipping is expected. The hot breakfast (in bed if you wish) and an evening beverage hour with Colorado wines are included.
