Campion is a census-designated place in Larimer County, Colorado, United States. The town is located between Loveland and Berthoud along U. S. Route 287. It consists of a cluster of houses and small businesses surrounding the campus of Campion Academy , a private secondary school operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and founded in 1907. The town is named for John F. Campion, who helped establish the sugar beet industry in northern Colorado in the late 19th century.
